Serviced by 3 double chair lifts. Base lodge, 150,000 sq. ft. of traditional Austrian architecture designed to assure quick, efficient and clean service. Ski school will welcome skiers of every proficiency. Ski shop, naturally, Norse House with fashion imports, world finest ski equipment. Continental Gift Center, most modern ski rental equipment including Head skis. Three double chair lifts service twelve smooth and ledgeless trails and slopes. Nine novice and intermediate slopes with 700 ft. vertical drop. Three expert trails with 1100 ft. vertical drop. Open December-April for skiing visitors, and also open for summer and fall foliage visitors

Description:
West River Railroad No. 33 leaves South Londonderry, Vt., for Brattleboro. The station lies behind the train, and the engine house to the right of the water tower. The tank was later destroyed in a roundhouse fire, was not replaced, and on subsequent trips the crew formed a bucket brigade to fill the boiler by hand.
