Castle Well and Castle Cone, Yellowstone Park

| The Castle Geyser possesses the largest cone in the region, which is an indication that it is one of the oldest active geysers in the Park. One hundred feet north is found a large crested spring, which is usually filled to overflowing. The bottom edges of the spring are brightly colored and present a very beautiful picture. |
