Additional Details:
A charming illustration of a baby, possibly a cherub, nestled in the petals of a large white flower with small yellow accents. The baby is depicted nude, lying on its stomach, with its head resting on its arm, looking towards the viewer. The background is a soft, light blue. The front also features a handwritten message from "Fredericka" asking "Don't he cute?" and mentioning being sick.
