| Was presented to the city by Miss Kate Buckingham in memory of her brother, Clarence Buckingham, a patron of art and a member of the Art Institute. It stands in line with the Congress Street Plaza and is patterned somewhat after the famous Fountain of Versailles. The central pool is 300 feet across, set in a garden about 600 feet square. |
