Claytor Lake State Park, located near the town of Dublin in Pulaski County covers 438 acres and takes its name from claymore lake on which the park is located. This is one of the largest lakes in the State with a long shore line of scenic beauty. Boating and fishing are especially popular, the lake having been well stocked with game fish. Due to its extensive area and flow of water, motor boats are permitted - which is not the case on the other State Park Lakes.
