Riddick stadium at north Carolina state college was named in honor of Dr. Wallace Carl Riddick, who server as president of the institution from 1916-1923 and was later the college's first dean of Engineering. The stadium is the home of north Carolina state's wolf pack and is the center of a number of activities in addition to football games. It has a seating capacity of approximately 20,000 and has a commodious field house at its southern end.
