Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
St. Dunstan's University, Prince Edward Island's only degree-
conferring institution, is situated on the Trans-Canada High-
way about two miles North of Charlottetown. Founded in
1855, it is operated by the diocesan priests of the Diocese
of Charlottetown, and grants degrees in Arts, General Science
and Commerce and provides the first three years of a five-
year course in Engineering, as well as pre-medical, pre-
dental and pre-law courses.
