The entire construction of this building, excavation, foundation,
inside finish, tin work, roof, decorating and lettering were ALL
personally performed by the owner, Chas. Q. Eldredge, in his
seventy-second year. Something over 7000 Souvenirs and Curios
are on Exhibition, and to view them, his friends are ever welcome.
