how ale was delivered 100 years ago. The Standard
Brewing Company, Inc. of Rochester, N. Y. has brewed
ale and ale only since the founding of the company
in 1889. Standard Ale is Rochester's most popular
beverage. It is made today just as it was nearly half a
century ago, from the same formula, and it is properly
aged always in rock-hewn cellars deep in the banks of
the Genesee River. Its fine taste tells the story.
