The purpose of this card is to solicit
your FIRST CHOICE VOTE for City
Council.
If I am elected to City Council I will
be a strong supporter of Good City Gov-
ernment WITHOUT COMPROMISE....
I will vote to retain the rebate ordi-
nance which is now in effect. An ordi-
nance sponsored by my brother, “Hack”
Wilson. This ordinance saves you 10%
on your electric, water and gas bills.
There is a move underway to do away
with this ordinance and supplant it with
a payroll tax from your wages. I will
oppose such a move. We have enough
deductions from our pay checks now.
If you want someone on City Council
who is not afraid to speak his piece, I
