和46年8月2日から開催される「第13回世界ジャンボ
リー」を記念して15円郵便切手を発行する。
A 15 yen postage stamp has been issued to
commemorate the 13th World Jamboree, held
August 2-10, 1971, at Asagiri Plain on the foot
of Mt. Fuji under the theme of “mutual
understanding" with more than 20,000 boy scouts
from over 110 countries of the world.
