Los Angeles area, the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport, formerly the Hollywood-
Burbank Airport, celebrated its 50th anniversary on May 30, 1980. Today, second in the
metropolitan area, this airport accommodates approximately two million passengers
annually.
