Collin's Diner is located in North
Canaan, Ct. On Route 44. The Diner was
built in 1941. It was rated one of the top 10
Diners in New England, by the New York
Times and the Boston Globe.
Numbers of people from all over the
country have come to the Diner to eat
and to admire the facilities. The original
structures are still in tact. Such as the black
marble countertop, the stainless steel frame,
inside and out. Also 17 stools and 6 booths.
They are also the originals. (New covers
have replaced the old ones)
It has been used for many commercial,
T.V. and magazine Advertisements. Many
motion pictures have also been taken. They
were all on an on-spot location.
