If you wish it forwarded to you, return this card promptly with loose postage stamps of the value stated above, in a sealed envelope, 2 cents postage prepaid, addressed to the postmaster, this office (“Held for Postage Clerk). Do not attach stamps to the card. If the required postage is not received at this office within two weeks the article will be sent to the Division of Dead Letters, Post Office Department, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Postal Regulations.
