THEODORE ROOSEVELT -ی PCCCOA 25th President of the United States Born October 27, 1858, “Teddy” Roosevelt, Har- vard Graduate, was early interested in ranching, politics and in writing picturesque historical nar- ratiyes. In 1898, he resigned from politics to help or- ganize a volunteer regiment called the “Rough Riders.” Reluctantly accepting the Vice-Presidency in 1900, he became President after McKinley's assas- sination September 14, 1901, serving 2 terms of office.
