Cali- fornia produces apples of so superior a quality that they are welcomed in such distant markets as New Orleans, New York, London, Germany, South Africa and Australia. Today is “All California and Panama- Pacific Exposition Day” at the Watsonville Apple Annual, and, in honor of the event, we are serving free, as a compliment to our patrons, an apple from the Pajaro Valley, whose trees now yield tribute to your pleasure.
