The towers of the new Terminal Annex
Post Office of Los Angeles are exact
replicas of those of the Bacilica of
Guadalupe in Mexico City. The simpli-
fied Spanish cathedral type of architec-
ture is beautified with solid bronze
doors and fittings throughout the build-
ing. Over four million pieces of incoming
and outgoing mail are handled daily, in
this post office.
