now cross the U. S. A. to San Francisco,
from there to Yokahama, Japan, then
through Japan and China, Siberia and
Russia back to Holland in three and one-
half years.
LEFT Amsterdam, Holland, Feb-
ruary 1, 1909, without money or
luggage to go around the world.
I can travel any way, except by train.
By riding the M. M. Motorcycle I will
be able to visit twice as many cities in my
nine months allowance in the United
States as I had originally planned.
