LACOSTA ISLAND Sometimes called Cayo Costa; Lacosta lies between Gasparilla Island to the north and Captiva Island to the south. This is the southern tip of Lacosta Island showing Pejuan Point jutting out around Pejuan Cove. The waters of Captiva Pass are in the foreground.
