The Minute Man Memorial Building at 1 Con-
stitution Ave., N.E. on Washington's Capitol
Hill houses the Reserve Officers Association of
the United States ... since the 1921-22 period
working for its objective of national security.
This unique National Headquarters was built by
contributions of ROA members who believe with
George Washington “that every citizen who en-
joys the protection of a free government owes
... his personal services to defense of it.”
