| The many thousands of visitors to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead each year pass along this street known as Nevada highway in Boulder City, Nevada. This model community of 3500 people was built by the Bureau of Reclamation in 1931 to house workers to Hoover Dam. Only the most modern and finest tourist accommodations are found in this desert oasis which has become as much of an attraction as the nearby dam and lake. |
