Main Street in Clayton, Georgia - center of Georgia's moun-
tain vacationland and gateway to the Little Tennessee River
Valley. Rising above the roofs of city stores is Black Rock
Mountain, elevation 3,465 feet. Black Rock State Park, with
some of Georgia's most spectacular views, is accessible by
the paved Herman Talmadge Trail, which leads off the high-
way five miles north of Clayton at Mountain City.
