1928. It is owned and operated by the County of Westchester.
It is located on Long Island Sound just off the Boston Post
Road at Rye, N. Y., and is easily accessible by automobile
from everywhere, by busses from all parts of the County, or
by boats running daily from The Battery and E. 138th Street,
New York City.
