CLEVELAND AIRPORT. The largest
municipally owned airport in the world, cover-
ing 1,000 acres. Includes a main field on
which is the eastern division headquarters of
the transcontinental day and night mail route,
mail and express routes to Detroit, Youngs-
town and Pittsburgh, commercial air lines and
a flying school. The Ohio National Guard fly-
ing unit occupies the second field A visit to
the port at 11.30 P. M. is one of the most in-
teresting sights in the country, with planes
landing and leaving by the light cf a 500,000,- 0
000 candle floodlight. Planes arrive daily
from New York, 4.20 P. M. and 2.15 A. M.;
z Pittsburgh, 4.00 P. M.; Detroit, 12.15 P. M.;
Chicago, 12.00 M. and 12.15 A. M.; Pitts-
burgh, 12.15 P. M.; Detroit, 4.30 P. M.;
Chicago, 4.35 P. M. and 2.30 A. M.
