The H. H. Bennett Studio, oldest in the United States. This studio was founded by the late H. h. Bonnet in 1865, moved to its present quarters in 1876, and remodelled in 1917. Since its founding it has been continually operated by members of the family as a landscape and portrait studio. Its operations have covered changes in photographic methods from wet plates and head clamps to color photography and speed lights. A small museum in the building is open to the public.
