The 3c Steel Industry in America commemorative stamp receives First Day of Issue release at New York, New York, on May 22, 1957. Stamp is 0.84 by 1.44 inches in dimension, arranged vertically, printed by rotary process, electric eye perforated and issued in sheets of 50. Color of stamp is blue. Even if bearing a stamp on other side, this card must not be mailed unless bearing two cents postage on this side
