nounced Fab-ray). BIRTHDAY: Jan-
uary 19, 1944. HOMETOWN: Santa
Monica, Calif. EDUCATION: High
school. Actress Shelly Fabares plays
the role of Donna Reed's daughter on
TV's "The Donna Reed Show." She
is a niece of Nanette Fabray. Starting
as a dancer her big break came in
1953 on a Frank Sinatra TV spec-
tacular. In addition to movies and TV
she recorded her first tune for Colpix
Records "Johnny Angel" which is
bounding its way up the Hot 100.
