GRANGEVILLE, IDAHO, elev. 3390’, County Seat of
Idaho County, lies uniquely, on Hwy. 95, between
Idaho's famous Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness Area
and the fertile Camas Prairie farm plateau. Over
200 million board feet of timber and tremendous
yields (up to 115 bushels per acre) of wheat and
other crops are harvested annually. Founded in 1876
when the Grange was organized, the current popula-
tion of 3636 provides excellent services for tourists
enjoying unlimited outdoor recreation.
