Spanned by the Herbert Bonner Bridge, Oregon Inlet empues
the broad Albemarle Sound into the Atlantic Ocean, and serves
as a gateway for commercial and sport-fishing vessels from
Wanchese Harbor and the Oregon Inlet Marina on the north. At CT 9
lower right is the Oregon Inlet Coast Guard Station.
