Cheyenne Brave Wolf, a minor chief and medicine
man, valued the sweat bath for its curative powers
and the ritual involved which called upon the influence
of the good spirit. The hand colored photograph made
from the original old glass negative is on display at
Coffrin's Old West Gallery in Miles City, Montana.
