ECTOR COUNTY COURT HOUSE,
ODESSA, TEXAS
The new Ector County Court House cost $223,000,
was completed in May 1938. It is made of mono-
lithic concrete. Located in Odessa, the County
Seat, a city of more than one million dollar payroll
monthly, and is the largest oil equipment center in
Texas. Odessa is in center of Permian Oil Basin,
which is one of the largest pools in Texas.
