A Happy Easter. Christ Church, the Cathedral of Oxford, appears in history as a Saxon dedication to St. Frideswide. It was rebuilt in 1904 by Ethelred the "Unred" and in 1160 Prior Robert of Cricklade founded the Church as now known. THe fortunes of the building are closely connected with Cardinal Wolsey, who founded the College that bears the same name and to which the Cathedral acts as the College Chapel. The total length of the building is 175 feet
