| 5 1/2 Miles West of St. Ignace on U.S. 2 West. Ride the Silver Lake Express "Streamliner" or the C.P. Huntington 1861 Model "Old timer" on one of the World's longest and most scenic narrow gauge train rides. This ride will thrill all from one to ninety-nine as it winds its way for more than three and one half miles through beautiful evergreens, rustling hardwoods, then across bridges over a rippling brook to spring fed Silver Lake. The wild flowers are in abundance and many species of wild life may be seen "at times". Snack Bar, Gifts, Souvenirs and clean rest rooms. Bring your camera and take home some memorable pictures.
