SEC TAYLOR STADIUM HOME OF THE IOWA CUBS 2nd and Riverside Drive Des Moines, Iowa 50309 Located just SE of downtown Des Moines, at the in- tersection of the Des Moines and Racoon rivers, Sec Taylor stadium has been a home for basebali since it was constructed by the Chamber in 1947. Named after the former sports editor of the Des Moines Register & Tribune, it has housed the farm teams for the Philadelphia Phillies, L.A.
