APOLLO 11 MOON LANDING - July 20, 1969
Astronaut Neil A. Armstrong, Commander of the
Apollo 11 Lunar Landing Mission. The first man
on the moon said with his first step,"That's One
Small Step For A Man, One Giant Leap For Man-
kind". His left foot touched the lunar surface at
10:56:20 PM (EDT) July 20, 1969. This was one
of the greatest moments in history.
