THE CAPITOL. The State Capitol was formały occupied
in January, 1901. It is constructed of Georgia marble, and
cost nearly. $ 3,000,000. Its marble dome is said to be the
only one outside of India. The building is surrounded by
attractive grounds, thoughtfully designed and well-kept.
