Speed 22 knots; horsepower 23,000. Cost $3,750,00. Launched July 21, 1904. Two miltary masts and four funnels. Complement of 41 officers and 791 men. MaIN Batery – four 8-in B. L. R. guns in turrets, also fourteen 6-in, R. F. in broadsides. Secondary battery – eighteen 3-in, R. f., twelve 3-lb. S. A., tow 1-lb, R. F., two 3-in.
