| This 1892 horse-drawn Hale water tower was delivered to the Louisville, Ky. Fire dept. It was motorized in 1914 with a Mack 2-wheel tripod and repowered in 1936 with a 4-wheel tractor. Now powered by a 1944 Chevrolet, it is retained for its nostalgic value by the Louisville Fire Dept. |
