My Father who worked at NCR, is known by the family to have built the cabnet that is at the base of the BELLs in the carillion. This information ws told to un kids clear back in the 50's and 60's. He was a cabnit maker for NCR for over 35 years. His last name was Monbeck.
    Sincerely, Marilyn Rutter.
