| Virginia Hall, freshmen Women's Dormitory on the Hampton Institute campus, was originally constructed in 1874. Part of the funds for the building were "sung up" by the famed Hampton Singers, who toured the nation. Remodeled, the dormitory is a comfortable home for 110 girls. |
