Additional Details:
The Park of the Red Rocks famous for years for its remarkable caves and rock formations, was added to the Mountain Park system by the city of Denver. In 1930, a fine road was completed thru the Park, giving access to its different sections and immediately became one of the most popular of all. The giant rocks that are the attraction of the Park are uptilted in many impressive spectacles; are honeycombed with passages and caves, and abound with ideal picnic spots.
