| Located at Fifteen Mile Falls on the Connecticut River, near Monroe, NH and Barnet, VT. The massive concrete dam is 1600 feet long, 175 feet deep, and 60 to 160 feet wide. The power station has a capacity of 215,000 h.p. and transmits power via a 220,000 volt, double tower transmission line, 126 miles long, to Tewksbury, MA, for distribution to customers in Massachusetts and southern New England. |
