The card features four prominent Boston landmarks: First Church of Christ, Scientist, described as one of the most beautiful churches and the Christian Science Mother Church with seating for over 5,000; the State House on Beacon Hill, the highest point in the city; the Bunker Hill Monument, a 220 ft high obelisk with 294 steps offering a beautiful view; and the U.S. Custom House, the highest building in New England at 505 feet with 30 stories. The central image is a pot of beans with the slogan 'YOU DON'T KNOW BEANS UNTIL YOU COME TO BOSTON.'
