| The New Montreat Auditorium in the Assembly Grounds of the Presbyterian Church, U. S. was completed in 1922. It is built of Montreat stones picked from the brooks; practically fireproof and has a seating capacity, including balcony, of five thousand. It is said to be the most complete auditorium in the South. The Montreat Assembly accommodates not less than 12,000 people annually. |
