| The Aquarium, formerly known as Castle Garden Fort, is located at the Foot of Battery Park. It is open daily from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. and features large glass tanks with a collection of fish, seals, turtles, and other deep-sea inhabitants. The entrance to the harbor features the Statue of Liberty and a little further is Ellis Island, through which all immigrants landing in New York City must pass. |
