| This is the Episcopal little rock church, now called the house of prayer. In British Isles was made a search and copied their design over there. This quaint little Church, located at the corner of Michigan and Central Avenues, is considered the most unusual and attractive structure of its kind in the South. Its architect, Mr. L. A. Fort has followed closely the style of architecture, commonly practised during the early centuries of Christianity in the British Isles. It is constructed of flint rock taken from the bed of the Hillsborough River within a few miles of Tampa. |
