| In this two-story, white frame house in Abilene, President Eisenhower and his five brothers grew to manhood. After the death of their mother in 1946, the home and adjacent grounds were deeded to The Eisenhower Foundation. A $400,000 museum housing a collection of the President's mementoes and trophies, has been built east of the home. |
