| The Sandia Peak Tram is the longest clear and unsupported span in North America, the third longest in the world. The 2.7 mile climb up the west side of the rugged Sandia Mountains is accomplished in 10 minutes, by two 60-passenger cars. The 14,185 foot distance to the top, lies a mile above the city of Albuquerque and offers not only a thrilling ride but a spectacular view. |
