| The Memorial is an enclosed bridge spanning the sunken hull of the U.S.S. Arizona at Pearl Harbor. The hull is visible, and a blue streak of oil is still seeping from the rusting fuel tanks. Dedicated May 30, 1962, the end wall is inscribed with the names of over 1100 men lost on December 7, 1941. |
