The front of the card features a bouquet of vibrant red poppy flowers with dark centers, tied with a flowing green ribbon and bow. The text "Birthday Wishes" is written in elegant script. The back of the card contains a handwritten message dated May 25, 1910, from "Sister Mrs. P.E. Lape" to "Mrs. M. So. Bush" in East Greenbush, NY, expressing well wishes and asking about "Miss Laver."
